General Policy

We don’t refund the amount once you purchase our subscription plan. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for subscription fees, credits, or any other purchases made on our platform.

Subscription Plans and Credits

Duplicate Purchases: Plan credits will be added if you purchase a duplicate of the same product with a different subscription plan.

Multiple Subscriptions (Same Product): If you purchase the same product plan but multiple subscriptions, the lower price subscription plan will be applied first, followed by the higher price one. This ensures you receive the maximum benefits of the higher-tier plan.

Subscription Downgrades: If you purchase a higher-priced plan in one order and then purchase a lower-priced plan in a later order, your subscription plan benefits will be downgraded as per the lower-priced plan. We always consider the latest subscription plan to be the active one.

Credit Settlement: Credits will be added to your account once we receive successful confirmation from our third-party payment gateway. This process usually settles within 30 minutes but may take longer depending on the payment processor.

Non-Transferable: Subscription plans and credit points are not transferable from one person to another or from one product to another.

Physical Products

We are a digital service provider. We do not ship our products physically, and therefore, policies related to physical goods, shipping, and returns do not apply.
