At AI Cares (https://aicares.io), a service provided by EqualsTo Software Systems, we offer question-based plans designed to assist professionals like doctors, nurses, patients, lawyers, teachers, and instructors with their needs. Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any of our plans, as it outlines our strict no-refund policy, except in cases of technical issues.

1. Plans Based on Number of Tokens

All subscription plans on AI Cares are based on a fixed number of tokens you can use via our platform. These plans are not time-based (monthly or annual) and are strictly limited to the total number of tokens purchased.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not applicable once a plan has been purchased. Once you have completed a transaction and gained access to a plan, it cannot be canceled or downgraded.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a plan has been purchased. Please ensure that you review the plan details before making a purchase, as refunds will not be granted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with the service after use.
  • Non-usage of the plan or remaining tokens.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional case:

Technical Issues: If you are unable to access your purchased plan due to a technical issue on our platform that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of your tokens.

5. Duplicate Billing

In the event of duplicate billing, we will not issue a refund. However, your total number of tokens will be extended to account for the duplicate charge. This ensures that you receive full value for any additional payments made in error.

6. Refund Request Process for Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using your plan, you can report the issue by contacting our customer support team at support@aicares.io with the following details:

  • Your account information (email or username).
  • Proof of purchase and a description of the technical issue.

We will review your request within 7 business days. If we are unable to resolve the issue within this timeframe, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your tokens. If your refund request is approved, it will be credited with the original method of payment within 6-8 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Modification of Policy

EqualsTo Software Systems reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
